SHIPPING

• Sugar Express Cosmetics are devoted to ensuring a positive shipping experience for our customers. We choose to use Australia Post, Shipping & Tracking Services.

• Orders will be handled and shipped within 3-5 business days of order payment being processed. No unpaid orders will be fulfilled until total amount of order is cleared/paid.

TRACKING

• ALL ORDERS placed will have a tracking number provided, not just so you have peace of mind that your order is on its way, but also, so you can follow up & track your order yourself.
• Tracking an order yourself, using the provided tracking number given at order purchase also means, we can track and follow up the order status in case of any delivery issues experienced while shopping with Sugar Express Cosmetics.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer any form of International Shipping due to the current shipping costs through our selected carrier. 

All of us at Sugar Express Cosmetics thank all international shoppers in advance for understanding. We encourage all affected to sign up to our email list for future announcements of any changes with our current International Shipping status.
